WHAT WE EXPECT FROM INVESTORS
The expectation we hold for
each investor is that they simply be willing to invest . . . which is your desire
in the first place. When we send you a deal we expect that you will be steadfast
in reviewing the deal and ultimately taking the deal. You must remember that
on the other end of the transaction is a tenant who is looking to get into a
home, and probably gave “notice” to their last residence (we need to
make sure we are also caring for them). We ask that investors respect the unique
relationship between the tenants, the houses, and the program. The tenants have
previously paid money towards the program and the house (earnest money, inspections,
etc) and they will pay rent from the day you close on the house (which is free
money since mortgages typically don’t start for 30 days hence). This provides
owners with extra profits and extra inherent security that they don’t receive
